Samsung Galaxy S III vs. iPhone 4S

FixYa released a new report on Friday that discusses the major flaws most commonly reported by owners of today’s latest and greatest smartphones. The company said its report was a result of data collected from “25 million users, 650,000 experts and 15 million product problems and solutions.” Sounds pretty legitimate to us. So what were the biggest complaints with the iPhone 4S and Galaxy S III?

50% of the problems reported for the Galaxy S III were related to a malfunctioning microphone. 15% of Galaxy S III users complained about battery life, 15% said the device gets hot, 10% complained about internet connectivity issues and 10% complained about other problems. The iPhone 4S’s primary issue was its battery life (45%), followed by the inability to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot at times (20%), Bluetooth issues (15%), 10% complained about Siri and an additional 10% of iPhone 4S users had other problems.
